The location of this hotel is just perfect, right across from the beautiful beach of Bocagrande. We loved being in this beach area and having easy access to the beach whenever we wanted. The staff here made us feel so comfortable and at home, they were amazing. The service was top-notch, from the receptionists to the room service, everyone was always helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was also really good, offering a variety of options to choose from. We also appreciated the amenities in the room, such as the ironing facilities, air conditioning, and mini-bar. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

Best aspects of my stay were the stunning beach views and the delicious breakfast each morning. the location was perfect for exploring the city and everything was easily accessible. Another perk was the reliable and fast WiFi connection throughout the entire hotel.

The outdated and unclean rooms, as well as the pushy beach vendors constantly disrupting relaxation time. the pool area was small and not very visually appealing, and the housekeeping service was lacking in attention to detail.
