During our stay at Imperial Hotel, we were impressed by their central location, which made it convenient for exploring the city. The staff was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met.

One particular situation that stood out was when we had a meeting on the 5th floor lounge. Although the couches were not in the best condition and could use some refurbishment, the staff quickly provided us with additional seating options to accommodate our team.

My stay at Sarova Imperial was exceptional. the service, from security to housekeeping, was outstanding. the newly refurbished rooms are fresh and clean. the quality of amenities like towels, robes, and toiletries was top-notch. the rooftop bar offers stunning views, and breakfast was delicious with a wide selection. the central location is convenient, making it a calm oasis in the bustling city.

During my Easter holiday stay, I enjoyed the convenient location of the hotel in the heart of the city center. the hotel offered a clean and comfortable room with excellent housekeeping services. the hotel staff was friendly and always available to assist. I also enjoyed the great variety of breakfast and dinner menu options served by the hotel restaurant, which catered to all dietary requirements.

Although the hotel was well located, there was quite some noise pollution which interrupted my afternoon nap. the air conditioning unit in my room was quite loud and struggled to cool down the room to a comfortable temperature.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and provided exceptional service throughout our stay. From the friendly receptionists to the attentive housekeeping team, everyone made sure that our needs were met. The newly refurbished rooms were absolutely perfect in every way. The modern décor and comfortable bedding made for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The bathroom products provided were of high quality, and we loved the little extras like bathrobes and slippers.
