the Holiday Inn - Quito Airport, An Ihg Hotel was truly a delight. the rooms were spacious and modern, with incredibly comfortable beds. After weeks of traveling around Ecuador, it was a welcome luxury. the staff at the hotel were exceptional, with well-trained service staff and an excellent manager. the highlight of my stay was the shrimp & cheese risotto, which was one of the best I've had in my 50 years of traveling across continents. the hotel also provided a shuttle service, which was incredibly convenient, especially for someone like me who doesn't speak Spanish.

The Holiday Inn Quito Airport provided excellent facilities and amenities. We especially loved the karaoke room and the lively casino atmosphere.

The hotel lacks the charm of old Quito that some travelers may seek.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel. the luxurious amenities exceeded my expectations, with exceptional service from friendly staff and comfortable, clean and modern room furnishings. the in-room breakfast and poolside snack bar were exceptional features that met my every need. I also enjoyed the peaceful garden area and heated swimming pool, which provided a relaxing respite.

While I was pleased with the quality of the food, I would have appreciated more options.

The location to the airport was perfect, with a shuttle driver waiting for us upon arrival. the staff was extremely helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to assist us. the room was excellent, with a comfortable bed and a great view of the pool and fitness center. the room service menu was extensive and the food was delicious. It was also a huge relief to have a shuttle service to and from the airport, especially when traveling to a foreign country.

The location in the departure area made it very convenient for catching early flights. The room and bathroom were spotless and offered a comfortable stay. The friendly and accommodating staff went above and beyond to assist with any inquiries. The breakfast had a wonderful buffet with a variety of options.

The complicated alarm system in the room caused inconvenience for guests trying to turn it off, which should be the responsibility of the housekeeping staff.
