Stayed here at Christmas and enjoyed the holiday. Complementary massages and drinks upon arrival. Amazing views from our room with a balcony overlooking the sea. Great location right by the beach.

Limited dining options and often long wait times for reservations. The wine served with meals could be better quality.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent and our room, especially the royal suite with private pool, was absolutely amazing and comfortable. The location was pristine and secure, with easy access from the airport. The staff treated us with kindness and the service was top-notch.

For us, it was ideal.

The location of the hotel was great, being close to the airport made for a convenient journey. We also loved the German restaurant on site, the food was delicious and the staff were incredibly friendly. Speaking of staff, everyone at the hotel was eager to help, except for one manager in the fish restaurant. The room itself was comfortable and clean, with a spacious bathroom. The service throughout our stay was top-notch, with attentive staff always available to assist us. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options and the view from the restaurant was stunning. We also enjoyed the facilities such as the pool and the casino, which added to our overall experience.

We were disappointed by the fact that some of the bars and restaurants on the premises required additional payment, which was not made clear to us. This lack of transparency detracted from our otherwise wonderful stay.

I had the most relaxing stay at a beautiful resort. The room I was given had a stunning view of the infinity pool and the sea. I never had to worry about finding a sun lounger as there were always plenty available. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and I made sure to tip them regularly. The room cleaner did an amazing job and even left towel sculptures for us to enjoy. The snorkeling experience was fantastic, with thousands of fish to see.

Our luxurious needs were fulfilled as the exclusive amenities were superb. The service was outstanding, and the Spa & wellness centre was a great bonus. The Swimming pool was fantastic, and the Health club was always accessible. The Beach access was very convenient, and we enjoyed the Live entertainment that was provided. The Restaurant buffet was excellent, and we loved the Buffet breakfast that was offered. The private facilities were simply amazing here!

One minor issue that we experienced was a shortage of Spa centre staff, which led to some delays.
