the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making sure that I had everything I needed. the hostel had great amenities, including a pool and an outdoor sala court where I played soccer with other travelers. I even went on an excursion to Quito with some of the hostel people and staff, which was a fantastic experience. If you're a young solo traveler, I highly recommend this place!

The hotel's stairs were slippery and steep in some places outside, which may be difficult for guests with mobility issues. the bathroom was a little tight and there wasn't a good place to put things.

The staff were incredibly loving and accommodating towards her. The room was clean and comfortable, with lovely decor. The beautiful garden and nice pool added to our enjoyment.
