We had a fantastic stay at a hotel recommended by friends who had also stayed here before. We arranged for pick-up at the airport and our driver was friendly and proud to be from the Galapagos. On our way to the hotel, he offered to take us on a tour, which was a great use of time and allowed us to see many interesting sights. The location of the hotel was excellent, just a couple blocks from the main street. The breakfast, although optional at an additional charge, was delicious and the staff were accommodating and willing to make different style eggs. We also appreciated the ability to store our passports at the hotel. The hammocks in the evening were a lovely touch. we had a great experience and would recommend this hotel for its value, location, and friendly service.

Two positive aspects that I liked about my stay were the central location and the comfortable and clean room. the hotel was conveniently located close to shops, tour agencies, and food options, which made it easy to explore the surroundings. Additionally, the room itself was clean and comfortable, with amenities such as air conditioning and satellite TV.

There were a few negative aspects that affected my experience. the internet connection was poor and only available in the reception area, which was quite inconvenient.

Despite a few minor drawbacks such as limited wifi availability and ongoing construction in the hotel, I would still highly recommend this place. my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

It was so convenient to have everything we needed right at our doorstep. The hotel facilities were excellent, with spacious and clean rooms. We were lucky to have a room with windows and a balcony, providing plenty of natural light. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, offering their assistance and providing exceptional service. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, location close to just about everything you need, and the helpful staff were all top-notch.

The shower temperature was unreliable, and we had to constantly adjust it to avoid scalding or freezing water. Additionally, the owner of the hotel overcharged us for trip tickets, and her explanation was unsatisfactory.

This hotel has a great location, right in the center of everything. It's only a short walk to the main stretch of restaurants, shops, and local attractions. We loved how convenient it was to have everything we needed within reach. Additionally, the rooms were spacious, clean, and had all the basic amenities. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service, making us feel welcome and comfortable throughout our stay.

The location of the hotel is excellent, with easy access to the waterfront, island tour departure dock, and various attractions. The recently refreshed rooms were clean and comfortable, and the daily housekeeping services were much appreciated. The front desk, particularly Carolina, provided excellent customer service, addressing all our needs and questions promptly and professionally. The hotel also had a pool and well-maintained common areas for guests to enjoy. a quiet and safe location with great amenities and service.

Felt very well looked after, no complaints whatsoever.
