our second stay at the hotel in puerto ayora exceeded our expectations. the staff was exceptionally friendly and made us feel at home. the modern and elegant facilities impressed us, and we enjoyed the big, clean rooms and delicious breakfast. we would definitely recommend it to others.

We had an amazing experience staying at this hotel in the heart of a vibrant town. Being within walking distance of all the main attractions was incredibly convenient. The staff warmly welcomed us and provided exceptional service throughout our stay. The spacious and modern rooms were a delight, with comfortable beds ensuring a good night's sleep. The breakfast offered delicious options to start our day on a high note. We also enjoyed the breathtaking view from the room. The hotel's location in the harbor made it even more special.

A minor issue with the bed comfort, but it was hardly noticeable given the overall outstanding experience.

The complimentary breakfast was good and the staff was generally friendly. the hotel was located close to the shops and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area. the room was quite spacious and had a decent view from the balcony.

Our Christmas stay was not as enjoyable as we had hoped. the hot tub was not working properly, which was a big disappointment since we were looking forward to using it.

We did experience an issue with the shower. It kept going cold, but we only mentioned it on our last day, so they didn't have a chance to fix it.
