I had the best stay at this hotel in the last few months in South America. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and ensured I had everything I needed. The room was spacious and impeccably clean. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the breakfast provided a delicious spread, including fresh juice and coffee. The location of the hotel was perfect, situated between La Mariscal and La Floresta neighborhoods. It was easy to access various attractions such as Ecovias, Mariscal market, Ecuador National and Ethnographic museum, and the historic center of the city. the hotel provided exceptional service and value for money.

My family and I stayed at Hotel Andino for one day during our stopover in Quito. The staff was amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The owner was always checking in to ensure everything was fine. Our room was clean and tidy with daily room service. We requested an airport pickup, which was prompt and convenient. The hotel's location was ideal, with supermarkets, restaurants, and transportation options within walking distance. We felt safe and well taken care of.

Bank cards not accepted, so make sure to have cash on hand. the rooms are a bit outdated, but considering the price, it's understandable.

As a group of friends, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The spacious rooms and quiet location made for a comfortable and peaceful stay. The highlight was undoubtedly the best shower we've had in our entire 6-month trip in South America. Additionally, the hotel provided a good patio for hanging our clothes, which was a convenient feature. The breakfast was fantastic with a wide variety of options including different milks, oats, fruits, eggs, bread. The complete breakfast truly set us up for a day of exploring. The customer service was exceptional, and Miguel and his wife were the best hosts we've encountered during our travels. They were always in a good mood, spoke English, and were very helpful in providing us with useful information about the area and recommendations on where to go or not go. The hotel was always clean, and it was a big plus to have hot water. We also appreciated the presence of an awesome vegan restaurant nearby for our vegan/vegetarian group members.

I traveled to Quito for a week and stayed at Hotel Andino. The location was perfect, just a short walk to everything I needed but in a quiet area. The room was comfortable and the Wi-Fi was fast. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, even making us juice from our own fruits and providing extra breakfast options. The breakfast itself was delicious, with a variety of options. I will definitely be staying here again!

We had the perfect location in a quiet neighborhood between La Mariscal and La Floresta. The hotel had a cozy patio and seating areas in the back, ideal for relaxing. The staff, especially Miguel, went above and beyond to help us navigate the city and even walked us to the bus station to ensure we had the right directions. The welcoming and friendly atmosphere made us feel like family.

The common area next to the rooms was quite noisy, making it difficult to sleep in the afternoon. It would have been helpful to have a "keep quiet" sign or have the common area located away from the rooms to avoid disturbing other guests.

Our room at Hotel Andino was a great find in a top location. We were pleasantly surprised by the amenities it offered, including a fridge, air conditioning, fan, table and chairs, a safe. The staff were super friendly, and the tasty omelette for breakfast was a great start to our day!

The only drawback was that the room had a double bed and two singles, which we didn't request, so it felt a bit crowded.
