I had a delightful stay at a charming, converted hacienda in Puembo. The location was peaceful and close to both the airport and downtown Quito. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, even offering a free room upgrade. The food from the on-site restaurant was delicious. The property had beautiful grounds with hiking trails and the opportunity to spot various bird species.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, as it is close to the airport. This makes it perfect for those who have an early start for their Galapagos trips or for anyone needing an overnight stay before catching a flight. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff provided excellent service. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of local fruits and juices. The hotel also had beautiful gardens and communal sitting areas, creating a peaceful atmosphere.

The hotel is situated in the flight path of low flying airport traffic, so it can be a bit noisy at times.

Convenient location, just 15 minutes from Quito airport. Easy access to attractions outside the city. Impressive grounds, excellent staff, and top-notch service. Regretted only staying one night. A magnificent place to stay near Quito.

The staff at this family-owned hacienda were so friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. The food at the restaurant was top-notch, like something you'd find in a NYC restaurant. The rooms were spacious with a balcony where I could watch the sunsets and hummingbirds. The breakfast was delicious, and the entire experience was unforgettable. I highly recommend this hotel for its stunning location and exceptional service.

The garden area and spa lounge are perfect for relaxation. The room advantages bring the luxurious feel of this place to the next level.

Although the service was exceptional, we wished for more vegetarian options on their restaurant menu. this venue was a magical experience that offers a perfect oasis near the airport, with hiking trails, scenic overlooks, and llamas to feed.

The hotel's location is very convenient to reach other cultural and natural attractions such as Quito and nature reserves. The food provided was excellent, and we appreciated the possibility of eating at any time. the staff offered personal attention that made us feel at home.

We did not encounter any negative aspects during our Easter holiday at this hotel.
