The hotel's decorations were so quaint and charming, filled with lovely touches like traditional Japanese artwork and cozy seating areas. the general spaces were easy for us seniors to navigate, with comfortable seating and beautiful views of the surrounding area. It was a joy to relax in the drawing room by the fireplace. the hotel's proximity to the ski slopes made it effortless for us older folks to enjoy the winter wonderland without any hassle.

I would have appreciated some more assistance from the children working there with carrying luggage or guiding us around the hotel.

the room was warm, with a lovely view of the mountains. the breakfast was amazing, with new items added daily. staff were friendly and helpful, and the onsen was great for relaxing after a day of activities. overall, a homely atmosphere with excellent value for money.

I found the hotel to be impeccably clean with excellent facilities and a convenient location just steps away from the ski lift. the staff were welcoming and attentive, and the breakfast provided a hearty start to the day.

we had a delightful stay at park. the spacious traditional room with a view of mount yotei was a highlight. the indoor and outdoor onsens were peaceful, and the breakfast selection was top-notch. the sitting area with a traditional fireplace added a cozy touch to our evenings.

Convenient location near slopes, food, and ski/snowboard rental. Variety of dishes for breakfast every day. Nice bathhouse with outdoor and indoor baths, sauna, and cold water bath. Tatami room with a cool view of Mt Yotei

The location of the hotel is excellent, being right next to the ski lifts and gondola. It was very convenient for us as a family with kids and skis. We were able to easily access the slopes and enjoy our time on the mountain. there were several restaurants nearby, making it easy to find a variety of dining options during our stay.

There was one downside to our experience at the hotel. We found that the rooms were a little outdated.
