The hotel has a great location, being close to both the train/bus stations and downtown parks. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and well decorated, with very comfy beds. The bathrooms are spacious and always have hot water. The staff is friendly and helpful, with one of the concierges even speaking good English. The breakfast, served on the rooftop terrace, includes a variety of options such as nescafe/tea, juice, yogurt, bread.

Despite its good qualities, there is an issue with the number of stairs that need to be climbed to reach the reception, rooms, and dining room.

The hotel's location was great, close to the bus and train stations as well as the popular tourist spots. the rooms were clean and nicely decorated. the staff were friendly and helpful, always willing to lend a hand.

There were way too many stairs to climb, especially with heavy bags. the breakfast provided was not very fulfilling, I was expecting more variety.

Our stay at Plaza Victoria was fantastic! The location was perfect, nestled between the train/bus stations and the downtown parks. The rooms were beautifully decorated, with incredibly comfy beds and spacious bathrooms. We always had hot water and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly throughout the hotel. The staff, especially Andreas, were friendly and helpful. The breakfast on the rooftop terrace was delicious, although we wished there was a little more variety. Despite some minor inconveniences like climbing stairs, Plaza Victoria is definitely a hotel we would recommend overall.
