As foreign tourists, we loved the beautifully preserved period features of the historic building and the nicely decorated common areas. The location, within a recreation area surrounded by forests, provided a great atmosphere. The friendly staff, including Mrs. Agata at the night reception, made us feel welcome. The breakfast was superb, and the dinner was excellent. We also enjoyed the walking paths and beautiful scenery in the park surrounding the palace.

Felt totally at home, no complaints whatsoever.

Our apartment at Palac Paulinum was a bit chilly, but the staff quickly provided us with a portable heater for the bedroom which worked well. The XIX castle and its surroundings were stunning, offering a truly unique and historic experience. The restaurant had delicious food and the breakfast was enjoyable. Despite some minor inconveniences, we had a pleasant stay and would love to return to Palac Paulinum in the future. I highly recommend this hotel.

Located in a peaceful wooded area just outside the city, this charming old palace provides a unique and picturesque setting. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are clean. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing superb hospitality. The breakfast is delicious, and there are relaxing spa facilities available. The views from the terrace are breathtaking, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the natural beauty of the surroundings.

Some aspects of the hotel may be in need of renovation.

The polite and helpful staff, interesting building with rich history, nice location on a hill in the park/forest, excellent selection and tasty breakfasts, local cuisine in the restaurant, superb breakfast and excellent dinner.

Wonderful location in big park, walking distance from railway station and city center, helpful staff, impressive palace ambience.

Located in a beautiful park close to the city center and some of the area's greatest attractions, this hotel truly captures the essence of the region. the friendly staff and impressive, grandiose ambience add to the overall charm and character of the experience. the breakfast was delicious and the rooms were spacious with vintage furnishings.

Despite the positives, there were some drawbacks to my experience. the temperature in the room was a bit chilly.

palac paulinum exceeded our expectations during this stay. the location in a recreation area was amazing, giving us a sense of being in the middle of nowhere. the staff were friendly and provided superb hospitality, especially the night receptionist. highly recommended.
