We had a fantastic time at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The outdoor area was beautifully landscaped with lots of plants and shaded areas, creating a serene and relaxing atmosphere. The location on the island of Isabela was perfect, just a short walk away from the beach and close to all the action. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Nancy, who went above and beyond to assist us during our stay. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious, adding to the overall positive experience.

Loved the tropical nook for relaxing after dinner. the location was perfect - just a short walk to the beach and restaurants. Also appreciated the delicious and well-catered meals.

The language barrier with some staff members made communication difficult. the snorkeling equipment was not of the best quality and could use some improvement.
