Limited English-speaking staff, making communication difficult. Main door not accessible with a key, causing inconvenience when returning to the hotel late at night.

The hotel provided a complimentary breakfast, which was a nice bonus during my stay. the location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to taxis and a short walk to the downtown area. The staff was friendly and helped me with any questions or concerns I had during my stay.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, with clean rooms and great internet. The location was perfect, close to the city center and a beautiful mosque. The staff treated us like family, offering us delicious traditional food and helping us with our itinerary and finding a tour guide. They even had shisha available, which was a nice bonus.

I stayed at Sun Rise Hotel & Hostel & Tours in Amman for one night. The location was convenient, just a 10-15 minute walk to the Jett Bus. The staff was friendly and welcoming, offering us tea upon arrival. We were even upgraded to a larger room at no extra cost. The hotel had all the basics we needed, and the room was clean. I would recommend this hotel for a short stay.

The family feel of the hotel made us feel at home. The owner and staff were kind, helpful and experienced. The rooftop offered a gorgeous sunset view of the King Abdula Mosque. Great location for exploring the city on foot.

The hotel's location right in the city center is perfect for exploring this city. It is just down the street from the Jett bus station, making transportation very convenient. The hotel facilities are clean and well-maintained, with comfortable bunk beds and power sockets with USB ports. The staff was friendly and provided helpful advice on exploring the area.

The location was great, close to the bus office for Petra. Atmosphere was nice, staff friendly and offered tea. Excursions to Petra and Dead Sea available. Renovated room with comfortable A/C and hot water. Good condition for the price.
