The front desk was amazing, offering complimentary cold towels and orange juice. The room was exactly as pictured and expected. The seals at the front pool were a huge shock and awe factor. The restaurant and bar attendees were awesome people. Drinks at the Jacuzzi were enjoyable and the pool was cleaned almost every night. The breakfast was actually good and the room service made it smell amazing. The hot water and AC worked well. The front desk staff were extremely helpful with taxis and hints.

We had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, right in the center of town amidst restaurants and shops. We loved that it was waterfront, with spacious and clean rooms. The balcony offered a stunning view, and we enjoyed relaxing by the swimming pool and jacuzzi. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome and comfortable. The room amenities were top-notch, and the complimentary snacks and drinks were a convenient touch. we had a fantastic experience here.

The view was breathtaking, with the ocean right in front of me, and the decor of the hotel was unique and modern. the staff was also very friendly and accommodating, always willing to help. I also appreciated the complimentary breakfast that was offered every morning.

The price was a bit too high for what was offered, especially considering the lack of amenities and small room size. the noise level in the hotel was very high, with the sound of traffic and other guests disturbing my peace.

This hotel is located right on the waterfront, offering easy access to boats to the other islands and making it convenient to explore Santa Cruz island. The rooms are modern and comfortable, with spacious bathrooms and amenities like a hairdryer and a mini fridge. The staff provides excellent service and the breakfast buffet is a great way to start the day. Plus, the rooms have a beautiful view of the ocean and the opportunity to observe sea lions, iguanas, and other wildlife from the balcony.

One minor drawback is that the front door lock in some rooms can be a bit finicky.
