We loved the charming rooms and spacious bathrooms at La Floresta. The hotel is conveniently located near the thermal baths and waterfalls, perfect for avoiding the crowds. The staff were friendly and helpful, adding to the overall enjoyable experience. The beautiful garden and courtyard added to the magical atmosphere. The restaurant served delicious and affordable meals for great value. Breakfast was equally impressive. As low-budget travelers, we found La Floresta to be an excellent choice.

I had a truly wonderful stay at a hotel in the center of Ecuador. The location was perfect, tucked away near the mountains, providing a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. The courtyard was absolutely gorgeous and meticulously maintained, creating a tranquil setting.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the firmness of the mattresses and the lack of labeled hot and cold water in the shower, these were easily overlooked in comparison to the overall experience.

There was a constant noise at night, not sure if it was coming from the surrounding area or the hotel. the sound isolation between rooms is poor, we could hear everything from our neighbors.

Super friendly and helpful staff, they offered oregano tea and medicine when my husband got sick. They gave us great recommendations for pharmacies and local markets. the hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to the main attractions. the courtyard and decor are beautiful and we loved the massage service they offered.

There was a school nearby and we were woken up every morning by the loud announcements. the flickering lights in our room were a minor issue, but it was not fixed even after we mentioned it to the staff.
