Nestled in a stunning garden oasis, this hotel provides a serene escape from the tourist crowds. With its lush surroundings, guests can immerse themselves in nature and enjoy the tranquility. Located near the indigenous market in Otavalo on Saturdays, visitors can experience local culture and art firsthand. Additionally, being in the neighborhood of indigenous people allows for a unique cultural experience.

The bathrooms could use some updating.

The hotel offered exclusive amenities such as a spa and wellness centre, indoor swimming pool, full-body massage and garden area. My stay here was absolutely luxurious and relaxing. The private facilities were amazing and made the experience more special.

Although the food was great, the service could have been better. The staff seemed a bit unorganized and slow at times.

The location may not suit everyone due to a lack of major sites nearby. beware of synthetic goods being sold as authentic alpaca goods in nearby handicraft shops.
