The value for money at Rahat Palace was fantastic, especially considering the delicious breakfast and amazing spa facilities. The room was spacious and comfortable, with large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The location was convenient, with a metro station just a short walk away, and the staff treated me with kindness and professionalism throughout my stay.

The rooms are comfortable and clean, with new linen, ensuring a pleasant stay. Guests can relax and unwind at the indoor pool and sauna. The breakfast served is delicious, offering a variety of options to start your day.

Some aspects of the hotel could use improvement, such as the pricing of amenities. Bottled water is not provided in the rooms and is excessively expensive at the bar.

We received a warm welcome on arrival and were thrilled to be offered a free upgrade to a beautiful suite with stunning mountain views. the hotel offers great complementary services like taxi transfers from the airport and assistance with local tour arrangements. the location of the hotel was also key for us, as it is situated just a short walk from a metro station and a great Turkish-style restaurant.

There are a few minor things that could be improved, such as the current shower gel bottles which are difficult to use, and more coffee options could be added to the breakfast menu. the hotel transfer service could be improved by checking on incoming flight delays to avoid issues with drivers leaving early.

We were pleasantly surprised by the comfortable and clean rooms at Rahat Palace. The amenities may not be luxury level, but they were adequate for our needs. The central piano bar and restaurant were a highlight, offering excellent food and a nice ambiance. Despite some hiccups with the waitstaff, the overall experience was enjoyable. The hotel's location was convenient, with the National Museum just across the street. I would recommend this hotel for a good value stay in Almaty.

This hotel is a luxurious haven with exclusive amenities that will satisfy even the most discerning of guests. the service is impeccable , from the friendly and helpful staff to the sensational Spa & wellness center and the indoor swimming pool. the sauna and the Jacuzzi are divine after a day of sightseeing. the treatment room is paradise on earth with body wraps, massages, and facials. the beauty treatments, including waxing, manicure & pedicure, are top, notch quality. the Steam room is lovely and the Turkish Bath is fantastic. the outdoor garden area is synonymous with relaxation and comfort, with sun loungers and beach umbrellas for your exclusive use. the private facilities are out of this world. The restaurant is exquisite , gourmet dishes, in, room breakfast and packed lunches, snack bar. Cons: One minor issue that we discovered is that the Wi, Fi signal in some rooms is not as strong as expected, but upon notifying the staff, they offered to fix the issue immediately, which they did.
