Lovely stay at a charming hotel with old-world charm. The room was comfortable, and the staff were extremely courteous and helpful in accommodating my request for a quieter room. The breakfast was good, and the location was perfect for exploring the town. I would recommend this hotel.

Beautiful colonial mansion, centrally located, with spacious and clean rooms. Professional staff, delicious homemade breakfast and a la carte dinner menu. Comfy bed and a relaxing bathroom with a big bathtub. Strong wifi signal and a wide selection of TV channels.

During our Easter holidays, we stayed at a hotel in Riobamba that was centrally located, making it easy to get around to the local attractions. the hotel offered free Wi-Fi, which allowed us to stay connected with our family and friends. One of the best aspects of our stay was the comfortable and spacious bed, which made getting a good night's sleep easy.

There were a few aspects of the hotel that could have been improved. the lighting in the bathroom was inadequate, making it difficult to see, and the water was not always hot enough.

We had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, right in the center of town, and we were able to easily explore all the attractions nearby. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Edwin at the front desk. Our suite was absolutely stunning, with a spacious balcony overlooking the street. The bed was the biggest and most comfortable we've ever had, and the bathroom was like a fancy spa, complete with a large bathtub and relaxing blue light. The room had all the amenities we could ask for, including free wifi and a flat-screen TV with many channels to choose from. We truly enjoyed our time here!

Some of the chairs in the restaurant and lobby were stained and dirty.
