I recently stayed at a charming cottage and loved the space and casual atmosphere it provided. As someone who travels often, I prefer to stay in accommodations other than hotels, and this cottage was perfect for that. The location was great, with plenty of restaurants within walking distance, including a fantastic Vietnamese street food restaurant and a couple of great options at the nearby Cape Quarter "Mall." The cottage had a well-stocked kitchen, making it suitable for longer stays and self-catering. The water pressure in the shower was exceptional, and I felt safe parking my car on the street with 24-hour security guards nearby. The cottage was also conveniently located for exploring Cape Town, Sea Point, and the Waterfront. it was a very good stay.

I recently stayed at a lovely location in Cape Town and had a wonderful experience at the De Waterkant Cottages. The apartment was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities you could ask for, including a Jacuzzi on the roof and a well-equipped kitchen. The staff was incredibly attentive, and the daily cleaning service was a bonus. The location was perfect, slightly off the beaten path but still close to downtown and the waterfront. The neighborhood was quiet and secure, with nice local dining options and shops nearby. I highly recommend staying at De Waterkant Cottages for a great Cape Town experience.

We had a fantastic family stay at this well-equipped and spacious 5-bedroom self-catering house in a great location. The small welcome pack and stocked fridge were a thoughtful touch, saving us trips to the supermarket. The friendly staff, including a joyful guy who greeted us after our long flight, made our day. The house had everything we needed, from a coffee machine to a washer and dryer. The layout was perfect, and the deck on the roof with a hot tub was amazing. We can't wait to come back!

Would definitely recommend this hotel.
