I was pleasantly surprised by the warm, inviting atmosphere at this hostel. And the location, simply couldn't be better! I was impressed by the free walking tours. I also loved the common areas, especially the rooftop terrace with amazing views of the city. I had some trouble with a noisy neighbor, but the staff handled it quickly and efficiently. I'll definitely come back if I'm ever in Quito again!

Spacious private room with stylish decoration, massive comfy bed, flat screen tv and large bathroom with rainforest shower and quality towels. Friendly, helpful and responsive staff. Tasty and affordable food served in the hotel restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Cozy communal areas to relax and prepare meals.

wow, viajero blows away the competition! feels more like a fancy hotel. super comfy beds, private dorms with lots of storage. the attention to detail is on point - usb ports, lights at the bed. the garden is a dream. didn't want to leave! the restaurant and bar are great too. excellent hostel experience!

no soap in bathrooms

The hostel had a spacious and comfortable atmosphere, with friendly and helpful staff. the beds were well-designed, with charging stations, storage cupboards, and large lockers. the on-site restaurant offered a variety of affordable food options, and the bar had a great social atmosphere with regular entertainment. the hostel also had many quiet spaces to relax.

The toilet paper supply was inadequate, running out quickly in both the dorms and the common area toilets. the wooden floors were squeaky and disturbing, especially during late nights and early mornings.

There were a few downsides to my experience. the cleanliness of the bathrooms left much to be desired, with dirty grouting and chipped tiles.

The whole building had a beautiful and peaceful atmosphere, with a lovely garden at the back. It's perfectly located in the historic center, making it a great base for exploring. Plus, they allowed us to do a late check-out with no extra cost. Highly recommend this hotel.

The location of the hostel is amazing, with a beautiful house and an internal patio. It is situated close to calle La Ronda, providing a sense of security even for solo travelers. The dorm rooms are comfortable, with clean beds, blackout curtains for privacy, and convenient plugs next to each bed. The communal kitchen is well-equipped and the restaurant offers delicious meals, like the mouthwatering shrimp in coconut sauce. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing recommendations and assistance with anything you need.

The hallways can be a bit dark at night, making it difficult to navigate.

Great stay in the city center, with easy access to all the main landmarks. the staff was really helpful and the activities organized by them were fun, such as free salsa classes. the communal room and the backyard were really comfortable and relaxing places to hang out. Bonus points for the delicious food and cheap laundry services.

The kitchen for guests was outside and poorly equipped. the hostel didn't seem to be very sociable, and there were not many opportunities to socialize with other travelers.
