I was pleasantly surprised by the warm, inviting atmosphere at this hostel. And the location, simply couldn't be better! I was impressed by the free walking tours. I also loved the common areas, especially the rooftop terrace with amazing views of the city. I had some trouble with a noisy neighbor, but the staff handled it quickly and efficiently. I'll definitely come back if I'm ever in Quito again!

wow, viajero blows away the competition! feels more like a fancy hotel. super comfy beds, private dorms with lots of storage. the attention to detail is on point - usb ports, lights at the bed. the garden is a dream. didn't want to leave! the restaurant and bar are great too. excellent hostel experience!

The hostel had a spacious and comfortable atmosphere, with friendly and helpful staff. The beds were well-designed, with charging stations, storage cupboards, and large lockers. The on-site restaurant offered a variety of affordable food options, and the bar had a great social atmosphere with regular entertainment. The hostel also had many quiet spaces to relax.

The toilet paper supply was inadequate, running out quickly in both the dorms and the common area toilets. The wooden floors were squeaky and disturbing, especially during late nights and early mornings.

The dorm rooms are comfortable, with clean beds, blackout curtains for privacy, and convenient plugs next to each bed. The communal kitchen is well-equipped and the restaurant offers delicious meals, like the mouthwatering shrimp in coconut sauce. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing recommendations and assistance with anything you need.

The hallways can be a bit dark at night, making it difficult to navigate.
