The value for money at Nh Collection was excellent, with a spacious and clean room. The location was great, with plenty of nearby restaurants and friendly staff who provided speedy check-in and helped us book a taxi to the airport.

The breakfast option could be improved with better communication about the cost, as it was not included in the room rate.

Excellent Service and Prime Location

During my recent stay at Nh Collection Quito Royal, I was impressed by the exceptional service provided by the staff. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel's prime location allowed for easy access to both the historic center and major roads leading to popular destinations like Cotopaxi and Otavalo. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and convenient location.

The hotel is located in a very safe area with lots of nice restaurants nearby. The room is spacious, clean, and comfortable with a cozy sitting area next to a large window providing a stunning view of the city and Cotopaxi. The staff is friendly and helpful, making the stay enjoyable. The breakfast buffet offers fresh and delicious food.

The bathroom lighting in the room can be annoying as it shines in the eyes when lying in bed.

This hotel definitely provides luxurious experiences with its exclusive amenities, including a spa centre with a sauna, steam room, and full body massage options. the restaurant offers a delicious buffet breakfast and in-room breakfast options. the outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi are perfect for relaxing with an incredible view.

the location advantages outweighed this downside, as the hotel is situated in a prime spot with easy access to many nearby attractions, restaurants, and shops.
