We truly appreciate the excellent location right across from the Malecon, offering easy access to scenic riverfront walks. Our spacious room had air conditioning and soundproof windows, ensuring a comfortable stay. The included breakfast featured a great variety of warm options and local dishes that we enjoyed every morning.

We did notice the pool area could use some more maintenance.

During my stay, I was severely disappointed with the welcoming experience at reception. it felt like we had to plead for a smile from the staff. Additionally, the sauna was closed, and I had to request it to be opened, which was inconvenient. The lack of basic amenities in our room, including a chair, made things uncomfortable, coupled with dusty areas that clearly indicated poor housekeeping. It was a struggle just to obtain towels for the pool, and the pool itself was not well-maintained.
