The rooms were clean and nicely appointed, with a great view of the city and Cotopaxi. The breakfast at the hotel was scrumptious, offering a mix of western and local food options. Additionally, the staff went above and beyond by holding our bags after check-out, allowing us to visit official offices before our departure. They even helped us save money on a taxi to the airport. the quality of service was excellent and professional.
