The hotel is located in a neighborhood that didn't seem to have anything to offer, but it was perfect to relax in an overnight stay from the airport. It was close to the airport, making it convenient for travelers. The rooms had a very nice view from the window, offering a spectacular sight. The staff were helpful and accommodating, providing excellent service. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, ensuring a satisfying start to the day.

The complementary shuttle service was a lifesaver, especially for those early morning departures. the staff at the front desk were incredibly helpful and friendly, always going above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. the rooms were beautifully decorated and the beds were very comfortable. the rainwater shower was a nice touch. the grounds of the hotel were well-maintained and provided a relaxing atmosphere, with the added bonus of a petting zoo for some added entertainment.

The restaurant service was quite slow and the servers were not very attentive. It took a long time for them to bring our food and they were rarely around when we needed something.

During our xmas stay, we appreciated the complimentary fruits and the beautiful gardens where we could take a walk and enjoy the fauna. it was impressive that the hotel had a shuttle to the airport which was very convenient for us as we had early morning flights.

Our experience was overshadowed by a few negative aspects. the hotel room was not properly cleaned, and we found some stains on the sheets and towels.

We arrived late at night and were delighted to find the hotel just a short 15-minute drive from the airport. The peaceful surroundings and charming cottages made us feel instantly relaxed. The breakfast was absolutely phenomenal, and the dinner was equally impressive. The staff were kind and attentive, providing excellent service throughout our stay. Although the internet connection was weak in the bedroom, we saw it as a blessing, allowing us to disconnect and fully enjoy the ambience. we had a wonderful experience at Ascend Hotel and would highly recommend it.
