I had an incredible stay at Sheraton Guayaquil! One thing that really stood out was the exceptional honesty of the taxi driver who found my lost iPhone and went out of his way to return it to me. This kind of integrity is truly commendable and made my experience even more memorable. The hotel itself had excellent service, a delicious breakfast buffet, and free airport transportation. The pool on the 3rd floor offered a stunning view. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a really convenient stay at the hotel. the free shuttle service from the airport was a great perk, especially after a long flight. We just provided our flight details and someone was there to pick us up. Check-in was a breeze, and the staff were incredibly courteous and helpful throughout our stay. the room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a restful night after a lengthy international journey. One of the highlights was the delicious breakfast, even though it wasn't included in the room price. our experience at Sheraton was top-notch.

Attending a medical meeting, I stayed at Sheraton in Guayaquil for a few days. The hotel staff were extremely professional, charming, and committed to ensuring our stay was the best it could be. Special congratulations to Mr. Fernando Torres, who made our mornings at breakfast and happy hour absolutely fantastic. The room was exceptionally comfortable with the best bed I've ever slept on in an Ecuador hotel. The breakfast was delicious and the location couldn't be more convenient, just minutes away from the airport and right across from the Mall del Sol.

During our Thanksgiving stay, we enjoyed two wonderful complimentary amenities that really made our stay feel special. the hotel's prime location across from a mall made it easy to explore the area without worrying about transportation. we really enjoyed the beautiful view from our comfortable and clean room.

It's hard to think of anything negative to say about our stay! However, it would have been nice if there were a few more dining options available within walking distance of the hotel.

This hotel exceeded my expectations with its luxurious amenities and exceptional service. the outdoor swimming pool, spa lounge, and sauna were all exclusive facilities that fulfilled my relaxation needs. the restaurant had a variety of special diet menus and in-room breakfast was a delightful touch. The private facilities and location advantages made my stay here an unforgettable escape. Cons: the steam room's temperature was a bit too hot for my preference, but this was a minor issue that didn't overshadow the otherwise unforgettable experience at this hotel.
