The rooms, while comfortable, showed signs of wear. scratches on the floor and stained tables weren't ideal. I had a noisy experience near the elevator, with disruptions from late-night travelers, which affected sleep quality. Additionally, the bathroom was smaller than expected and lacked basic amenities like conditioner. Overall, some maintenance improvements would elevate the experience significantly.

My stay at the Sheraton Guayaquil felt like being the guest of honor at a rock star's private concert! From the moment I checked in, I was treated like royalty. The staff, especially Fernando, made sure that every detail was just right, from accommodating my dietary needs at the breakfast buffet to checking on my comfort at every turn. The breakfast spread was a brunch buffet on steroids, featuring a delightful mix of local ceviche, fried yuca, and an impressive range of international favorites that made my taste buds dance like they had just won the lottery. Not to mention, the facility's proximity to Mall del Sol gave me the chance to squeeze in some retail therapy before my flight, wrapped up in a refreshing poolside dip that was just the cherry on top!

The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. the food quality was impressive, especially at the restaurant. The pool was a great size, and having two hot tubs felt like a luxury. Awesome gym with a massage area too!
