We had an amazing stay at this hostel! The owner warmly welcomed us when we arrived late at night and gave us helpful information about nearby activities. The rooms were clean and convenient, and the bathroom was spotless. The staff spoke fluent English and Spanish, making communication easy. The included breakfast was delicious and there were good kitchen facilities to cook our own meals. The location was great, with a supermarket and bus stop nearby, and the city center just a short walk away. we highly recommend staying here!

The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, even when we arrived late at night. the facilities were newly renovated and everything looked fresh and clean. the beds were comfortable and the showers had hot water. Plus, the breakfast was delicious and filling, with fresh food. the location was great, as it was right by the main road to the city center and the bus terminal. it was a fantastic value for the money.

The curtains in the room couldn't close completely, so some light still came in. Additionally, there was only one bathroom available and it could have been cleaned more often.

The staff was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to address any issues we had. Despite being close to the road, it was surprisingly quiet at night. The location was convenient, with easy access to the waterfalls and downtown. I highly recommend this hostel for a pleasant and relaxing stay.

Despite some minor drawbacks such as the showers being poorly designed and some small improvements needed in the rooms, The Traveler offered a wonderful experience. The staff was attentive and accommodating, even refunding the room due to construction noise.

Furthermore, the breakfast provided was delicious. The location was convenient, allowing me to easily walk to nearby attractions. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
