It is located in the old part of town, close to wonderful bars and restaurants. The rooms are imaginatively themed and decorated, and the hotel provides small treats like nespressos and chai lattes. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the property was clean and well-maintained. a comfortable and unique stay in an amazing location.

We had a wonderful stay at Pension Basque Boutique. The room was immaculate, with a cozy bed and thoughtful amenities like Nespresso capsules and bottled water. The hotel's location in Casco Viejo was perfect, although it can get noisy at night, which wasn't a problem for us. The pre-arrival instructions were helpful, and the staff, especially Amala, provided excellent recommendations and assistance. The quirky room themes and spacious lounge area were delightful. We had a fantastic stay in this hotel located in the heart of the old town. The room was beautifully decorated and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The hotel provided thoughtful amenities such as coffee pods, shampoo, and body wash. The staff, especially the lady who checked us in, was extremely friendly and helpful. We received great recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area. The hotel's location in the pedestrian area allowed us to easily explore this vibrant city.

Warm and welcoming reception staff who were always ready to assist with any queries. The hotel's location was ideal, with easy access to restaurants in the charming old town and a pleasant walk to the famous Guggenheim museum. Additionally, the room had a perfect blend of old rustic charm and modern amenities, and the bed was incredibly comfortable.

There were a couple of small inconveniences during my stay. the shower tray was a bit shallow and tended to overflow onto the floor after a couple of minutes.

This city centre hotel is perfectly situated in the old town, making it easy to walk to all important sites. The rooms and hotel overall have a very interesting decoration with the use of natural materials, giving it a unique and stylish feel. The staff is kind and hospitable, and we appreciated the little touches like coffee and fresh water available in the room each day. Having GHD stylers for ladies available in the bathrooms on top of hair dryers was a nice bonus.

Opening the French windows allowed for a lovely view of the town.

Some noise from the street and other guests was noticeable, but the hotel provided earplugs which helped. the bathroom could have been cleaner, especially the floor.
