The beautiful hotel had exceptional amenities and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The food was delicious, especially the vegetarian omelet. The staff was friendly and always had a smile. the surroundings were being developed, so the hotel was very quiet with only a few guests. the rooms were incredibly spacious, clean, and brand new. the staff were welcoming, friendly, and well-dressed. the hotel's laundry service may be pricey, but it was worth it as our clothes came back impeccably clean and neatly packed. the room itself was filled with magnificent details and smart accessories. I highly recommend this hotel for leisure and relaxation, as it feels more like a resort at the moment. I can't wait to visit again in the future.

This hotel is a beautiful property in a royal palace with extensive grounds, making it the perfect getaway from the busy city. The rooms are spacious and come with dressing gowns and balloons. The staff are friendly and the service is excellent. In addition, the hotel offers superb facilities and breakfast is included in the stay.

During our stay, we had a pleasant and memorable experience. Though located in a far-away area, the hotel is well connected with the city. Our room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had a stunning view of the Nile. The bathroom was spotlessly clean, and we had access to various facilities - their spa was incredibly relaxing. Breakfast offered a good variety of dishes, and the service was excellent.

Only the location of the hotel was a bit inconvenient as it was far from the main tourist areas, and there was active construction outside that could be noisy at times.

Impeccable customer service from reception to butler. Comfortable beds and clean rooms. Beautiful pool area with artificial wavy beach atmosphere. Delicious and reasonably priced food with attentive chefs. Excellent location for activities.

We had a fantastic time here! The location was perfect, with easy access to shopping areas, a fantastic restaurant, and even a beautiful desert landscape. The service was top-notch, with room service available 24/7 and car/bicycle rentals on-site. We loved the housekeeping staff, who kept the room spotless, and the welcome drink was a great touch. The spa & wellness centre was a great place to unwind, with a heated swimming pool and various spa treatments available. The outdoor swimming pool was also great, with sun loungers and umbrellas to relax under.

We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious, comfortable stay.

During Thanksgiving, I had an experience at a hotel that could have been better. the location was decently close to some major tourist spots, which was helpful.

Even with the positive aspects, my stay at this hotel had some major negative aspects. To begin with, the room was dirty and had a musty smell, making it hard to relax.

Special mention goes to Miss Riham from guest relations, a fantastic problem solver. the complimentary products added a nice touch to my experience. the breakfast offered an array of delicious options and the rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean. the spa facilities were simply amazing. I can't wait to visit again!

This hotel fulfilled our luxurious needs with exclusive amenities. the service provided by the friendly staff was excellent. the Spa & wellness centre was amazing with a variety of treatments available like massages, facials, and waxing. the outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers and beach umbrellas was a great place to relax.

The location of the hotel was a little bit remote and the surrounding area was mostly building sites with limited amenities. this was not an issue for us as we planned to stay in the complex.

The Italian restaurant served delicious food, and the hotel premises were fascinating. the staff made efforts to make the stay enjoyable, with many fun activities available. Just be aware of the ongoing construction and limited amenities.
