We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at Towneplace Suites. The location was fantastic, with plenty of amenities nearby such as a mall, grocery stores, and restaurants. The lobby was inviting and the staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained. The bed and bedding were comfortable, and the shower was excellent. We also appreciated the convenience of having a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker in our room. The cleaning staff were nice and didn't rush us out of the room. it was a great experience and we would recommend this hotel to others.

The hotel was located in an excellent location, close to multiple restaurants and shops, which made it easy to find everything we needed. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and gave us great recommendations on where to eat. The room was very clean and tidy, with a comfortable bed and pillows, plus it was very helpful to have a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker available. The staff was very nice and accommodating, and even cleaned our room while we were out, instead of interrupting our stay.

The cleanliness of the rooms was not up to my standards, as there was still leftover food and stains on surfaces. The pool was closed on the first night, which was a disappointment for the kids in our group.
