I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I was absolutely blown away by the level of comfort and quality services provided. The location of this place is just perfect, situated right on the edge of downtown, with easy access to various eateries and entertainment options. The staff here, from the gardeners all the way up to the managers, are exceptionally friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The room I stayed in was stylish and clean, with a big and comfortable bed, and having my own terrace was a wonderful bonus. The pool area is fantastic, with plenty of sunbeds, a perfect pool, and fantastic music played by the DJ, adding an extra touch of enjoyment to the atmosphere. And let's not forget about the breakfast - a wide selection of delicious options that left me satisfied and ready for the day ahead.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a truly luxurious and comfortable stay. From the excellent location to the top-notch service, this place has it all.

The hotel location is excellent - just a 2-minute walk to downtown, close to restaurants, shops, and supermarkets.

We loved staying in this hotel! Its location in the heart of downtown made it super convenient for us to explore the area. The service was exceptional, with staff from all roles going above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and satisfied with our stay. The amenities were top-notch too, including a sun terrace and a beautiful garden area with sun loungers and beach umbrellas. The bar and snack bar provided a welcome respite from the hot weather and we enjoyed many drinks here.

This hotel is conveniently located near a variety of quality restaurants, and Zaytouna beach is just a short walk away. The mountains surrounding the hotel are fascinating to explore, with the Bedouins’ natural ability to locate water being an interesting spectacle to witness. Additionally, the hotel is situated near the bus station, making travel easy and efficient.

There were some limitations with regards to the facilities at the hotel.

Clean and comfortable rooms, conveniently located near downtown restaurants. Nice pool area with chill music and protection from wind. Attentive and friendly staff, especially reception, breakfast, and dinner staff. Good breakfast with pancakes and proper coffee, and affordable and delicious three-course daily dinner menu. Insulated rooms despite club vibe, allowing for proper rest.

Had an amazing city break at this hotel! the complementary breakfast and free Wi-Fi were great added bonuses. the location was perfect, close to the main attractions but still quiet enough to get a peaceful night's sleep. the pool was a definite highlight, with stunning views of the surrounding area.

The lack of variety in the food options. Some of the dishes felt repetitive after a few days.
