I had an amazing stay here. The location on the beach is perfect and the service is exceptional. The room service and housekeeping ensure that the rooms are kept clean and functional with all required amenities like air conditioning and balcony. The staff is friendly and welcoming, providing a warm welcome drink and taking care of airport shuttle services and tour ticket assistance. The pool is clean, and the garden area is beautiful with beach umbrellas and facilities. The resort also has a great spa with sauna and massages, perfect for relaxation. The dinner and buffet breakfast were delicious, and the poolside snack bar is great for quick bites. The entertainment team and night club provided a lively atmosphere, and the live shows were entertaining.

During our New Year stay, we were impressed by the beautiful bay and coral reef, perfect for snorkeling. the cozy beach with its sandy sunset was a great place for relaxation, especially for families with children. the location of the hotel near the dive center provided excellent opportunities for water activities.

Best Escaping Spot.

Dining experience was not perfect as the food options were limited, and the quality was disappointing. The service was sometimes slow, and the staff were not knowledgeable about the food that they were serving. Furthermore, the pool area was found to be quite crowded, and we had trouble finding comfortable lounge chairs. However, overall the experience was fantastic, and we would highly recommend this place for a romantic vacation.

Reception staff helpful. Kareem assisted with early check-in. Beach 2 min walk, good for snorkeling. Animation had enjoyable Halloween show. Location close to Wadi El Jemal Reserve and Port Ghalib. Recommended for relaxation and snorkeling trips.
