I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, tucked away in a quiet area with stunning views of the beach. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist me with any requests or questions I had. The room was spacious and clean, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The service was top-notch, with room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping available. I also appreciated the shops and commercial services on-site, making it convenient to get anything I needed. The airport shuttle service was a huge plus, making my arrival and departure seamless. I was also pleasantly surprised to receive a welcome drink upon check-in, which added a special touch to my arrival. The dining options were excellent, with a restaurant, bar/lounge area, and snack bar available. The staff in the dining area were attentive and provided great service. Friendly staff, good food, amazing snorkeling at the beach. Honeymoon cake and fruit box provided. Stunning house reef for diving and snorkeling. Nice sea view, calm area, and sandy beach. Comfortable beds and clean rooms. Quick response to email requests.

Great hotel! We had a fantastic time during our city break. the beach area was amazing with the crystal-clear water and the stunning coral reefs. the staff was really friendly and welcoming, and always willing to help. We especially enjoyed the fact that beach towels were provided without any extra charge, and that there were always beach boys ready to carry our sunbeds. the on-site spa services were a real treat.

The food options were a bit limited and repetitive. the alcoholic drinks offered on the all-inclusive package were not of the best quality.
