The room at Dusit Thani was large, comfortable, and had a lovely view. We especially appreciated the complimentary fruit basket. The bathroom was amazing, with three separate sections, a standing shower, a tub, and a panoramic view of the bedroom. There were also plenty of storage places and entertaining TV channels. As a budget traveler, I found the facilities and amenities to be fantastic.

Great value for money. This hotel is located in a quiet suburb with easy access to local amenities. The staff are friendly, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable with all basic amenities like a double bed with a machine and elegant bathroom with a large sheet of glass. Breakfast was included at a good rate.

The hotel is well-located on a busy avenue, perfect to try the nearby TAO restaurant. The lovely small lake adds charm to the property. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and clean; breakfast is of quality with a welcome fruit basket. The gym and pool are nice facilities to use.

Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

Easter was a perfect time to vacation. The complimentary chocolate eggs in the room and the Easter-themed dishes served in the restaurant were a nice touch. The hotel had a great location near shopping and restaurants. The greenery surrounding the hotel was beautiful and provided a peaceful atmosphere for relaxation.

There were a lot of pesky insects in the rooms which was quite bothersome. it would have been convenient to have a small shop in the lobby for basic necessities.

The hotel is located in a beautiful setting with lush gardens and a pool, providing a relaxing atmosphere. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The staff were attentive and helpful, especially Kareem and Gaafar from the front desk. The breakfast, although affected by renovations, still offered a variety of options and the restaurant staff, particularly Kariim and Mai, provided excellent service.

There were some issues with the food, as mentioned in one of the reviews, especially at the pool restaurant and room service.

The restaurant, Tao, offered a unique dining experience with excellent service from Kareem Salam and his team. The room was spacious and the bathroom was clean, providing a comfortable stay. The breakfast selection was extensive, offering a variety of options. the hotel had great facilities and advantages, ensuring a pleasant stay.

Staying at this hotel was an exclusive experience that fulfilled all my luxurious needs. The service was exceptional with staff going above and beyond to cater to my every need. The Spa and wellness centre provided me with a relaxing experience and the massage was definitely the highlight of my stay. The outdoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, and sauna were all exceptional features that added to my overall experience. The hotel's location is an advantage as it is away from the busy streets but still in close proximity to local attractions.

There was only one minor issue that I encountered during my stay, the breakfast buffet could have provided more variety in terms of cereals, yoghurts and breads. However, the quality of food was still good and fresh.

We really enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool and the leisure spa & wellness centre which had a sauna, a jacuzzi, and massage services available. The staff who checked us out, especially the receptionist Mr Ehab, was extremely helpful and friendly.
