We had a fantastic room upgrade with a stunning Nile view and spacious balcony. The staff were attentive and went the extra mile to make our stay special. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of dishes, including tasty Egyptian options. The hotel is well decorated, clean, and comfortable, with luxurious bathrooms. It's located close to major attractions, some of which are within walking distance.

the staff at Four Seasons were extremely polite and friendly, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. the in-house restaurants, particularly 8, the Asian restaurant, exceeded my expectations and provided exceptional dining experiences. the impeccable room service added to the overall comfort of my stay. Conveniently, the hotel also offered easy access to local currency through two ATMs and a Bank Agency within the premises. the upgraded room with a Nile view was delightful, and the cancellation of parking fees in response to a complaint was a commendable gesture. the location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I really liked the spacious room and the warm welcome I received from the staff. the room was clean and well-maintained, and the Christmas decorations created a festive atmosphere. Additionally, the breakfast offered a wide variety of options and was delicious.

There were a few negatives during my stay. the location of the hotel made it difficult to explore the surrounding area due to heavy traffic and unsafe walking conditions.

Our stay at the Four Seasons was incredible! The room was spacious with a stunning Nile view from the large balcony. Room service was excellent and the breakfast was delicious, with fresh squeezed orange juice. The staff went above and beyond, even preparing breakfast boxes for our early morning departure. We were greeted with a room upgrade and the staff were attentive and responsive throughout our stay. The hotel is clean, modern, and has all the facilities you need. The spa massage was amazing and the concierge was always ready to assist. We highly recommend this hotel!
