Our group of friends enjoyed the stunning views of the river from our spacious rooms, and the attentive staff made everything seamless. Dining at the restaurant was a highlight, especially with a varied breakfast buffet that catered to all tastes. The location was perfect, allowing us to walk to nearby attractions effortlessly.

The bathroom amenities showed signs of aging and could use some improvement.

During my stay, I encountered several issues that left me disappointed. The reception staff seemed undertrained and unable to provide essential information about hotel facilities. I also noticed that some areas of the hotel appeared run down, lacking the high standards expected from a Four Seasons. This was particularly disheartening considering my previous positive experiences at other Four Seasons locations.

I mean, the check-in was smooth, but the room? Wasn't great. I got stuck in a room with two small beds, instead of what I expected. The Nile view was nice, but they really need to clean up the garbage right in front of it. And the breakfast buffet? I asked for eggs Benedict and the chef just stared at me as if I spoke a different language. Not cool, man.

It wasn’t cheap, but I guess you pay for the brand.
