I had a pleasant stay at Ghazala Beach in Sharm el-Sheikh. the staff, especially Ursula, was exceptional, rooms were clean, property beautiful. Food was delicious, enjoyed the Arabic cuisine. a great experience despite some minor room issues. Would recommend for a relaxing vacation.

I had a fantastic time staying at this hotel in Sharm el-Sheikh! the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Ahmed Hassan and Mohamed Abdel Qawi who went above and beyond to make sure I had a pleasant stay. the location is great, just a stone's throw away from the lively Naama Bay where you can find everything you need for shopping or dining. the hotel offers various dining options, and I particularly enjoyed the Mexican and Italian restaurants. the room service was prompt and efficient, and the housekeeping staff did a great job of keeping my room clean and tidy. the animation team organized fun activities throughout the day, adding to the lively atmosphere of the place.

While my overall experience was positive, I believe there are a few areas where the hotel could improve. the hotel could benefit from some renovations, especially in the rooms and common areas.

During my recent business trip, I had the opportunity to stay at Ghazala Beach in Sharm el-Sheikh, a hotel chosen by my director. the experience was overall pleasant, with some standout features. the spa offered a range of relaxing treatments, and dipping into one of the 2 outdoor swimming pools was a refreshing way to unwind. the lobby was inviting, and the staff, especially Ali in the lobby, reception, and restaurant, were helpful and friendly. the location was convenient, and the fresh towels and ample supply of toilet rolls were appreciated.

In terms of cons, I didn't like leaving!

Beachside spot, close to lively pedestrian road. Comfortable beds, friendly staff. Mr Ali Rashid at front office exceptional. Fresh food variety, nice pool area. Animation team adds fun vibe.

The pool area was super cozy despite needing some touch, ups; the location was jaw, droppingly nice, and the beach was pristine. the vibrant Mexican and Italian restaurants served mind, blowing dishes, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the room cleaning service was top, notch with artistic towel designs. the animation team created an exciting atmosphere with fun activities, and the reception team, especially Ms. Sarah, showed genuine interest in guest feedback. the hotel's unique design with multiple pool shapes and lush gardens created a super relaxing ambiance. Everyone, including Mohammed and his team, contributed to an unforgettable stay that DEFINITELY deserves a higher rating.

The reception manager, Mohammed, is exceptionally welcoming and kind. Service people are friendly, creating a pleasant atmosphere. Accommodation is comfortable and satisfying with various features. a great vacation experience thanks to Mohammed and his team at Ghazala Beach.

Rooms are a bit tired due to the property's age. Some minor maintenance issues include safe and phone functionality.
