The hotel was conveniently located near the train station and had a good breakfast buffet. the rooms were clean and had a fridge. Best of all, the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The beds were incredibly hard and made it difficult to sleep. the pillows were also uncomfortable.

Very convenient, right next to the train station

During our stay at Hotel New Otani, we found the location to be incredibly convenient, being right next to the train station. This made it easy for us to explore the city and also have easy access to other nearby areas. we were pleased with our stay and would recommend this hotel.
