Hotel requires serious renovations. old carpets and outdated furniture are disappointing!!! Gym needs better-maintained equipment, and the chaotic lobby experience could benefit from some organization!!! Internet connection was erratic during my stay!!!

the building is a spectacular sight with stunning views of the Nile. breakfast options are diverse and delicious. also, the club level service was really convenient, providing tasty meals throughout the day. loved the convenience of the nearby dock for sailboats!

Nothing, it is perfect.

the view from the rooms is just wow, especially at night when u see the nile all lit up. staff are super friendly but could use a bit more training. the outside sitting area by the river is chill and a perfect spot to hang out. breakfast was pretty good, lots of choices. i loved how the hotel is connected to a mall, made it easy to find stuff to do.
