walls are paper thin, i couldn't get a wink of sleep thanks to loud music next door. plus, it was really disappointing that no one offered me a room upgrade or even a complimentary snack during my stay. how hard can it be to make a guest feel valued? almost wrote a good review, but just couldn't deal with the noise.

The spacious suite with a kitchenette is perfect for families, allowing us to prepare quick meals and snacks. The staff is incredibly welcoming, always going the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable. Plus, the convenient location with shops and restaurants nearby made outings easy and enjoyable.

The location is average but the walls are paper thin. absoluteley couldn’t sleep with loud music pounding next door. also, waiting for the elevator took forever! and would it kill them to offer a complimentary snack or a room upgrade, given my high expectations? almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

Unfortunately, my stay was marred by noise. The walls seemed incredibly thin, making it hard to sleep through loud music from neighboring guests. Additionally, the smoking area right at the entrance was unappealing and detracted from the welcoming atmosphere I expected.

Smoking right at the front door is very off-putting!!! The noise from the hallways was quite disruptive!!! I wish the water pressure in the bathroom was stronger!!! The elevator wait times were frustrating!!!

Consider requesting a room away from the elevator to minimize noise and enhance your sleep quality.

Home2 Suites By Hilton Hagerstown was a fantastic choice! The rooms were spacious with comfortable beds and even featured a kitchenette. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. Breakfast surpassed my expectations!

this place is super dope! loved the big rooms, especially with the mini kitchen for snacks. breakfast was amazin, so much food! the staff were real friendly and made us feel comfy. the location is perfect with plenty of restaurants and stuff to do nearby.

but the pool area could’ve been cleaner and it was kinda noisy from the hallways at night.

Rooms were spacious and comfy. loved the indoor pool. Wi-Fi was slow at times.
