The hotel's location in a nice area of Hagerstown was perfect, with shops and food options right across the street. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable, even treating my pet dog with kindness and signing us up for their rewards program. The toilet in our room wasn't working properly, and we were not informed about it upon check-in. Housekeeping attempted to enter our room early in the morning, even before our check-out time.

The location was perfect, with restaurants within walking distance and the Valley Mall less than a mile away. the cleanliness, spaciousness, friendly staff, and convenient location were the best aspects of my stay.
