As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the fully ACed rooms and the helpful and friendly staff, especially Mr. Mohamed Ragab, the general manager. Special thanks to Ms. Monica from guest relations and Ms. Yassmin from Housekeeping for making our stay comfortable and our room clean. The restaurant staff were also very friendly. The location and ambience of the hotel were excellent.

Upon entering the hotel, we were greeted by friendly and professional staff who promptly checked us in. The room had exclusive amenities, including a spacious balcony with a panoramic view of the Nile. The buffet breakfast was a delightful experience, offering a wide variety of options. The exquisite sun terrace, overlooking the river, was a perfect spot to relax. At the luxurious Spa & wellness centre, we were pampered with massages that left us feeling rejuvenated.

The swimming pool was very small, which was a bit disappointing considering the luxurious amenities offered throughout the hotel. Apart from that, we did not encounter any negative experiences during our stay at this hotel.

We had the most amazing stay at this hotel! The room was spacious and comfortable, with a stunning view overlooking the Nile. The location of the hotel is perfect, right in front of the Nile and just a short walk to market shops and restaurants. The hotel facilities were excellent, with extra facilities such as a 4-lane bowling alley which was great fun. The breakfast buffet was always fresh and had many choices, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. They even organized drivers for us when we wanted to explore the sites around this city.

I appreciated the complimentary water bottles and the free Wi-Fi provided by the hotel during my business trip. the hotel is conveniently located near the downtown area and the staff was friendly and accommodating. I also enjoyed the view from my room, which overlooked the beautiful river nearby.

The hotel had a strong smell of cigarette smoke throughout the building, which was unpleasant and made it difficult to fully relax. the room itself was outdated and in need of some renovations.
