The family-owned hotel was very welcoming and had a good restaurant on site. The amenities such as fire pits, indoor pool, s'mores kits, game room, and basketball court were a hit with the kids. The location was convenient for exploring the local sights.

Some rooms were noisy due to the proximity to the highway and traffic noise at night. It would have been better if there was a designated quiet section for guests who prefer a more peaceful atmosphere.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The front desk staff, Danielle, was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing great restaurant recommendations. The room was impeccably clean and had recently updated plumbing fixtures. The water pressure in the shower was fantastic, and the TV and thermostat worked perfectly. We never had any trouble finding a parking space in front of our room, which was convenient. The hotel is ideally located near many restaurants and recreational areas. The indoor pool was a nice bonus, and the attached restaurant had amazing food and staff. we had a great experience with no complaints.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

We always come back to this charming lodge. The staff and owners are friendly and accommodating. The onsite restaurants are excellent, and the wait staff are friendly. The rooms are cozy with steam baths, perfect for relaxing after a day of hiking. The location is convenient, right by the entrance to the Kancamangus HGWY.

The location of this lodge is great for exploring the area and trying out some local restaurants. We loved being close to everything we wanted to do and the sports bar downstairs was awesome. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The pool was clean and the lawns were well-kept. Plus, the food at the on-site restaurant was good.

The noise from the busy road outside made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

This hotel is a hidden gem! The owners and staff go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. They are always there to assist you with anything you need. The location is fantastic, with easy access to attractions like Loon Mountain, shops, and restaurants. You really get great value for your money here.

I've been staying at this lodging for years because of its great location near Franconia Notch and Kancamagus Highway. The owners are friendly, and I always feel at home here. While the rooms are a bit outdated, they're always clean and well-maintained. I recommend it for anyone looking to explore the area.

We had a fantastic stay! The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the pool, which was clean and a good size. The location was perfect for visiting all the sites, as it was not far from all the attractions. In addition, the staff were incredibly friendly and provided great service.

Nothing not to like.

We could easily hop over to the awesome indoor pool and play area whenever we felt like it. Plus, we loved being able to walk to town for entertainment, shopping, and trying out all the delicious local food. It was such a chill spot for us young folks!

If there was one thing we'd ask for, it would be a more happening nightlife scene nearby. We're all about that party vibe, so having some cool clubs or bars within walking distance would have made our stay even more epic!

Despite being near the road, the room remained relatively quiet throughout the night.

The beds were too soft for our liking, resulting in a sore back in the morning. Additionally, the top of the shower stall was uncomfortably low, as I had to bend down to fit under the shower head.
