We loved the pool, the serene atmosphere, and the exceptional service provided by Zainab at the gym. She deserves a promotion! Zainab was friendly, accommodating, and had excellent communication skills. She was the only staff member who consistently had a warm smile and genuinely checked if we were okay.

I recently stayed at Helnan Dreamland Hotel for a family trip to enjoy Dream Park. The hotel's location next to the amusement park was perfect for us, and the views from our room were amazing. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were nice and clean, the swimming pool was well-maintained, and the hotel had a peaceful atmosphere. The breakfast buffet had a variety of delicious options, and the in-room dining prices were reasonable. a great experience!

Though the hotel is far from the downtown area, it is near to malls like Egypt and Arab. The fitness center, room service, and breakfast were good. The rooms were spacious, clean with comfortable bedding and nice facilities.

The location is near a fun park and a large supermarket. Plenty of taxis are available. The room is quiet, clean, and comfy. Staff are professional and courteous. Breakfast offers fresh veggies and tasty cheese.

I had a great stay in this place! The hotel is located in a really good area with lots of things to do nearby. The staff at the reception desk provided good service and helped me with all my questions. The room service was also excellent, and the housekeeping kept everything clean and tidy. Our stay at Helnan was enjoyable and comfortable. The hotel was very clean and nicely designed. Our room exceeded our expectations in terms of size and we were pleasantly surprised by the presence of two separate large beds. The breakfast offered a variety of fresh vegetables and tasty cheese. The staff was friendly, always ready to answer our questions and had a pleasant demeanor. We also enjoyed the view from our room overlooking the Luna Park, which provided a fun atmosphere. we would recommend this hotel.

During my Thanksgiving stay, I experienced some positive aspects. the complementary breakfast that was included in my stay was a nice surprise, and the views of the surrounding area from my room were excellent. the hotel's location, away from the busy traffic of the nearby highways, provided a peaceful atmosphere that I enjoyed.

the hotel lacked any form of entertainment or activities, making it somewhat dull. the amenities in the hotel were not up to a 5-star standard, especially the gym and the basic equipment provided.
