The staff at this hotel were charm, politeness, and efficiency itself. They were always ready to assist with a smile on their faces, making our stay feel very welcoming. We were pleasantly surprised when they came to our room after complaining about an issue with a broken spa bath, equipped with a bucket and some cleaning bottles to resolve the situation promptly. the in-room breakfast was very enjoyable, with a good variety available on the menu. the bar/lounge area was fantastic and plentiful, offering a nice atmosphere to relax. the garden area was really nice, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the Cape Town/Sea Point area. the location was ideal for exploring nearby attractions and dining options, being just a 10-minute walk to the beach.

It would have been great if the check-in process was smoother and quicker. the wifi connection could be improved for better guest convenience.

The proximity to the beach and the helpful staff were fantastic.

For dads, more child-friendly breakfast options would be great.

The rooms are generally attractive and stylish, and the breakfast is delicious and well presented. The staff are very helpful and patient, providing assistance with planning activities and even helping with transportation arrangements.

One negative aspect is that some areas of the hotel, such as the shared patio and reception area, lack proper communication and organization.

The spa and wellness center were a highlight of our stay, with an indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, and a range of relaxing treatments. We also loved spending time on the sun terrace and in the garden area, soaking up the sun and enjoying the tranquility.

The hotel had an indoor pool which was warm and perfect to relax in. the staff suggested using an Uber which was very helpful and saved us some money on transportation. they were friendly and always had a smile on their faces which was nice.

We had a bad experience upon arrival as no one met us at the reception area. we were not informed about the shared patio for room 7 which was a bit of a disappointment.
