Beautiful hotel with a rich history, renovated with modern facilities. Very comfortable and quiet, perfect for relaxation. Friendly staff and great atmosphere. High-speed internet, the best in comparison to other 5* hotels.

Felt like a home here, nothing was too much trouble.

The hotel is superbly located by the lake, offering breathtaking views from the rooms and a serene atmosphere in the garden outside. The historic palace ambiance permeates through the well-maintained rooms and nicely renovated bathrooms. The staff is professional and hospitable, providing excellent service throughout the stay. Despite some mentioned concerns, the breakfast buffet offers a variety of options to suit different tastes. The pool, while in need of some improvement, still provides a refreshing experience on a warm day.

The construction work being carried out around the hotel can pose some inconvenience for guests.

Wow. the room was decorated like it was out of a history book, with modern amenities. the personnel were very nice and always eager to help, starting from the front desk to the housekeeping staff. We enjoyed the resort-like atmosphere a lot, and the facilities were just on point: the hotel gym was an excellent place to work out, with high-end equipment and a swimming pool. the proximity of the property to the beach was a nice touch, and we also appreciated the shuttle bus service that took us to the gates of the beach complex.

To be fair, we were quite aware that there was construction going on in the area. So, we didn't expect much from the surroundings, but we hope the work will finish soon.

This hotel is a luxurious paradise for adults only. From the moment we arrived, the friendly staff made us feel pampered and relaxed. the beautifully renovated rooms are equipped with exclusive amenities such as a wet room shower, vanity area, and a mini bar with snacks. the serene garden area and outdoor swimming pool are a perfect place to unwind. the restaurant and bar/lounge area offer delicious meals and cocktails, and the in-room breakfast is a special treat.

The palace is stunning, with a rich historical background and a limited number of rooms for a peaceful and luxurious stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the hotel itself is a work of art. The staff, especially Sara at the front desk, went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. The high-speed internet was a great bonus. Despite a few minor inconveniences, like the ongoing construction and difficult access, I highly recommend this hotel for its unique experience and tranquil atmosphere. I would definitely return to Helnan Palace Hotel - Adults Only.
