I had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Green Plaza in Alexandria. The location was perfect, with a great outdoor mall nearby and plenty of restaurants and shops. The family room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for accommodating my whole family. The breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious, offering a variety of options with a delightful Egyptian flavor. Everything about my stay was just great, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. I had a fantastic experience at the Hilton.

the location was excellent with easy access to restaurants and cafes. the rooms were spacious, the beds comfortable, and the bathrooms clean. It was my second stay in less than 2 weeks, and I was pleasantly surprised by the breakfast buffet. the variety of cheese, cold cuts, sausages, and eggs was amazing. the bakeries, especially the Egyptian bread, were great. the falafel was also delicious. I want to give a special thanks to the General Chef and the F&B team for their efforts, as well as the front office team for the quick and easy check-in/out process. it was a great experience.

I gotta say, the value for money at Hilton Green Plaza was excellent! The room was fantastic, clean, and the bathroom was top-notch. Plus, the location right above a shopping mall was so convenient. The staff, especially Mr. Ahmad and the guest relations team, went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. They even let me have a late check-out to match my flight timing. And the people at the restaurant, Alexander, were just delightful, making my dining experience even more enjoyable. Special shoutout to Mr. Mohab at the reception for his excellent service!

The breakfast could use a little improvement. Maybe having a wider range of options or including some local specialties would make it even better.

We had a great stay at the Hilton. The meat and fish grill restaurant across the road is fantastic! The spacious room had everything we needed, and the concierge desk staff were very helpful. Taxis were easy to find outside. we would recommend this hotel.

This hotel exceeded my expectations with its luxurious amenities and exceptional service. the Spa & wellness centre was a personal highlight, with an indoor swimming pool and various massage treatments available. the staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring all my needs were met. the outdoor swimming pool was a wonderful addition, with sun loungers and beach umbrellas available. the restaurant served delicious Halal food, with in-room breakfast available upon request. the room itself was very exclusive, with private facilities and a beautiful garden area to relax in.

While the leisure/ TV room was available, I would have appreciated more activities or live music performances to enhance my experience.

Loved the convenience of having so many shops and restaurants in the plaza right next to the hotel. The room was amazingly spacious and spotlessly clean, and the bed was so comfortable - it made for such a relaxing stay. The hotel also had a lot of facilities to enjoy, and the security measures were top-notch.

The wifi connection was a bit iffy and the staff's English proficiency could have been better. It would have been great if they could communicate more easily.
