A Warm Welcome and Great Service

From the moment I entered the hotel, I was greeted warmly by the friendly reception staff. The hotel's decoration is absolutely stunning and surpassed all my expectations. And don't even get me started on the food - it was so delicious that I couldn't resist abandoning my diet! In the evenings, I enjoyed a cup of coffee accompanied by relaxing music in the background.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was up to standards, and the hotel facilities were excellent. The staff were friendly overall and provided quick service. The location in a quiet area near the airport was convenient for us. The breakfast open buffet had a wide variety of options, and the view from the hotel rooms was amazing.

The hotel rooms were very nice and spacious. The facilities were comfortable and the service was quick. The receptionist was cooperative and the food quality was great. The outdoor pool was fantastically big and the indoor pool was heated. The staff were helpful and aimed to please. The spa had a variety of massages and appointments could be made upon arrival. a great experience.

As foreign tourists, we loved the fantastic outdoor pool, the professional and helpful staff, and the stunning location and view. The breakfast was absolutely delicious with high-quality food and perfect coffee and hot chocolate. The hotel also had a spacious terrace area and a well-equipped spa offering a variety of massages.

The view from the room was stunning, offering a beautiful sight. The room size was also quite spacious, giving us enough space to move around comfortably. Additionally, the breakfast open buffet had a wide variety of options, including a delicious bakery section.

The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Lastly, the main restaurant only served two meals, and it would have been better if the breakfast time was extended, especially on weekends, to accommodate the guests' needs for relaxation and comfort.

The room was spacious and had a nice view of the pool. The staff at the front desk were attentive and friendly. The restaurant had a great variety of food and the breakfast in bed was a nice touch. I had a comfortable stay at this hotel.

We had an amazing stay at a hotel that exceeded all expectations. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily visit the city center and enjoy the seaside. We loved starting off our day with a delicious breakfast and the variety of amenities offered by this hotel was impressive. Our room was spacious, clean, and the bathroom was well-equipped. We especially enjoyed the pool and indoor heated pool, with comfortable seating and great views.

We did experience some slow service with housekeeping when we requested additional amenities, such as extra pillows and hangers.

Nothing that I didn't like.

I recently stayed at Hilton in Alexandria for 5 days and it was a great experience. The staff was friendly and the cleanliness was up to standards. The manager, Mr. Kareem, was extraordinary and keen to follow up on guest satisfaction. The building and interiors were beautiful, and the accessibility between rooms and other facilities was convenient. The spa was one of the best I've been to, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. the hotel provided excellent service and hospitality.

My recent stay at Hilton Alexandria was fantastic. The highlight of my visit was the spacious swimming pool, where I spent most of my time. The hotel staff, especially Tamer from concierge, were lovely and helpful throughout my stay. Additionally, the hotel's location and view were fantastic. The breakfast at the hotel was delicious and they offered a high-quality selection of food. The cleanliness and hygiene standards were also top-notch.
