It truly exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort, location, style, and services. the bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had a great night's sleep. the shower was excellent, and the hotel's location in the Old Town made it convenient for exploring on foot. Plus, the secure parking lot was a bonus, and at just €11 per night, it was a steal. I can't wait to return and highly recommend this hotel.

I had an amazing stay at a hotel in the center of Cognac. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station and surrounded by plenty of restaurants and coffee shops. The room was excellent, with comfortable beds and a refreshing AC. The staff went above and beyond to provide us with recommendations on places to visit and dine. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in Cognac.

Delicious breakfast served in-room. Superb view of the central square from our room. Great briefing of our surroundings. Room newly refurbished to a high standard. We had a fantastic time during our city trip. the staff were really friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with anything we needed. the location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of the city which made it easy to explore the local area and get around. the breakfast was really delicious and we really enjoyed having it in the morning. the fact that parking was available, made our stay even more convenient.

The bed was a bit too hard for our liking, which made it a bit difficult to get a good night's sleep.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious and comfortable hotel. The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of the city. Being able to explore on foot was a major plus. The room was impeccably appointed and surprisingly quiet, even with the window open. The staff were extremely helpful and polite, with perfect English. The breakfast was delicious, although a tad pricey. However, there are plenty of other options nearby if you prefer. The spa facilities were top-notch, although I didn't have the chance to try them personally. My friend raved about the massage she received though, claiming it was the best she had ever had.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone, and I can't wait to return myself.
